I just realized that we are at less than 50 days to the big day. I was looking up information on getting our marriage license, and we are within the time period before the wedding when you can pick up your license! Crazy. (For those interested, in Washington your marriage license becomes valid 3 days after you apply and is good for 60 days.)
Without a doubt there are still a lot of things to get done, but I'm feeling pretty happy with how much we do have set. Invitations are out, I made a lot of progress on our napkin rings today (post to come), our outfits are just about complete, and most importantly Dave and I are really ready to be married!
In the relatively near future I guess I'll have to figure out all those practical aspects of marriage - like changing my name, combining bank accounts, etc. Any advice for us?
