We were lucky to have Dave's dad Rick to help us plan our wedding meal. He did incredible work to ensure that everything was delicious, and presented beautifully. We were also lucky to have Rick's friends, Ray and Andy, who catered for us.
We were really thrilled with everything. We wanted a lot of deconstructed/a la carte options for those with allergies, and to offer a meat side for those who aren't vegetarian.
Thanks for the menu, Danielle!
And I didn't spill on the dress! I count that as a significant victory.
And we were so pleased to see all our guests enjoying their food, and having fun together.
