Dave's parents hosted an amazing rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding. Carol worked her magic in the yard and sewed lovely napkins and tablecloths from recycled fabrics (she's so nice to me). Carol and Kaity designed beautiful lighting, lanterns, and an arbor to decorate the space. Rick organized a delicious meal catered by the
Indian restaurant where Dave and I had our first "real" date. All of this in addition to the millions of things they did to help us with the wedding day!

We were so thrilled to have everyone come together to celebrate with us!
It's fun to think back to how I felt at each of these moments. I was incredibly nervous as Dave and I drove to the rehearsal, the first major pre-wedding event. I was overwhelmed, and couldn't believe everything was beginning. I felt much better on Friday. It was nice to come to the rehearsal dinner and know that Rick and Carol had everything under control. It meant so much to us to spend time with our wedding party in a more relaxed setting.
Rick and Carol (Mom and Dad) - We can't thank you enough for giving us the most beautiful rehearsal dinner. We're so lucky to have you in our lives!
